More Pictures from Epstein Estate Made Public by Democratic Party US Lawmakers

Development blueprints for the financier's personal tropical island included in the photographs.

Furthermore contained in this latest image drop appears to be a site plan for the Great St James island, found in the American territory.

Epstein bought a more modest island - Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but acquired the larger Great St James in the year 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.

The released images suggest he had drawn up plans to build upon the 161-acre island by erecting homes, an performance venue, an office beneath the waves and a pool.

You can see the drawing is a channel, a strait in the territory, noted on the lower right-hand corner.

The architectural drawing is annotated in notations in red and includes a notes section detailing various areas of the land.

Accompanying this are what appear to be nine other site drawings and construction drawings, featuring layouts for boat shelters.

More materials made public as part of the ongoing oversight process.
